I saw Dr. Han in Florida for about 2 years. She did routine procedures and the Axonics implant. The routine procedures always went fine, aside from one or two times having extreme pain after. Regarding the Axonics, she placed the initial test implant while I was fully awake. She threaded the leads through me as I was sobbing in pain, and the Axonics rep was the only comforting part about this procedure. Dr Han and staff have been very attentive to my needs and resolving the issues in a timely manner
Went to this doc for a bladder prolapse. 1.) she didn’t even look at me 2.) she told me to do physical therapy and suggested that I take these cranberry supplements (for UTIs which I don’t have) 3.) when talking about the prolapse she said that “I would know if I had a bladder prolapse because it would feel like I had a penis between my legs” 4.) she signed me up to get texts & call from the cranberry supplements (that aren’t FDA approved & feel like an MLM) without my permission and they keep calling/texting me now. Dr Han, had me go for blood work and ct scan. Had an appointment with her, arrived 15 minutes early as they asked, 1 hour later still haven't seen her so I left. If I can be 15 minutes early I expect Dr han to keep her appointment on time. I guess they think my time isn't valuable. Yesterday Dr Hans office called me after I left the bad review and said someone would call me today to discuss my test results and just as I figured no one called.
