I made an appointment with the doctor because I had seen another doctor with little success. I wasnt a new patient as Dr. Cha had done a colonoscopy for me 10 months earlier. Dr. Cha's office made the appointment but then Dr. Cha refused to see me because she said I had to finish with my original doctor. I was appalled. To me it seemed like malpractice.
