If I could give this place zero stars I would. An hour wait after arriving early for an appointment every time we have had a check up. Today I called to update my health insurance provider before driving 45 minutes out ther unsure if they accepted my new insurance. The receptionist told me she couldn't tell me if they accepted my new insurance, when I asked to speak to someone else she flat out told me no. I asked to speak with a higher up and she refused. Esther Anton spent an hour with us during the first visit. Carefully listening to us and our concerns. Our daughter went to the ER 4x in a year prior to going to Esther, and now her breathing is completely under control no more hospital visits or issues.

In the middle of a pandemic, calling with a breathing concern with a child that has been a patient for 12 years. The child is 15 months past last visit and they refuse to allow to come in, give any medical advice or prescribe medication. Told to call Telehealth
