I was booked in for a consultation with this clinic and payed a $50 deposit. They cancelled my appointment and did not provide me with an alternative date or return my deposit. I have tried to contact them and left a voice message, but they have not gotten back to me. This happened more than a month ago! I am utterly disappointed with their service. 0/5 stars.

Asked for a specific treatment when made booking they said they could do it but to my surprise I didn’t get what I asked for after paying for treatment, the manager was supposed to get back to me as I didn’t get what I wanted and as to this date I still haven’t heard from them very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place at all
my IV Drips experience was fantastic. The staff, Jane (I hope I get the name right), was lovely and attentive, with impeccable customer service. She came to check me in every 10mins to make sure I was comfortable. She also has in-depth knowledge about skin, their products and services without the hard sell. The IV itself works on me as I felt the energy boost right away and lasts the whole day.
Alaiya is a dermal clinician I cannot recommend enough! Since I walked through the door for my appointment I was treated with 5 star service! Her warm, kind and professional nature is one of a kind! If you want the best of the best, a university qualified technician who actually cares about achieving your skin goals and will give you the best possible science backed approach, this place is it! Honestly sooo happy I have found Alaiya! Can't wait for my next appointment!
