WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY HAVE HAD MY TV FOR CLOSE TO A MONTH AND HAVE BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. I CAME IN TODAY TO PICK UP MY TV THE OWNERS WIFE, WHILE TRYING TO EXPLAIN MY FRUSTRATION TO HER BEGINS TO LAUGH IN MY FACE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
