Sometimes they let you know and some times they wait until you get the text the day before confirming your appt. It has happened to me repeatedly. The appt themselves are fine. But i feel like there is a gap in the care department.

They should tell you upfront when booking that they do not direct bill... I have not been to a clinic in the last 20 yrs that does not direct bill...
I had a 15 min cleaning on my bottom done and they charged my insurance company for a my yearly cleaning even when we discussed about coming back to finish what I was covered for now I have no cleaning on my top covered
