They should tell you upfront when booking that they do not direct bill... I have not been to a clinic in the last 20 yrs that does not direct bill...
I had a 15 min cleaning on my bottom done and they charged my insurance company for a my yearly cleaning even when we discussed about coming back to finish what I was covered for now I have no cleaning on my top covered
you don't do direct billing but you'll charge both me and my insurance
despite the fact that the prices are a bit expensive, in general I was satisfied with the staff very attentive
