I have trusted Estes Refrigeration for around 30 years. They have a long-standing reputation and exceptional service. The engineering department is one of the best, if not the best in the area. Whether you have a problem with temperature, or humidity they have a solution. The technicians quality workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none.

Requested replacement of door gasket on commercial refrigerator and diagnosis of why door wouldn't close all the way. Engineer replaced the gasket and claimed he inspected the hinge, but couldn't find cause of door problem. Estes recommended replacement of the refrigerator for over $10,000. I then inspected the hinge myself, immediately identified the problem, ordered the necessary part online for $37, and replaced it myself. This company needs to first train its employees on how to drive. Today while I was driving, I realized a van/truck from this establishment tailgating me while I was going nothing less than the speed of traffic. This leaves me with a horrible first impression of this company before even receiving any service. If the employees don’t even have basic manners and a sense of safety, I can’t trust them with any services, and would like to advice everyone to be careful when thinking of choosing this company.
