We moved into this neighborhood in November 2022. As part of the HOA, it was advertised to be a low maintenance community. To say they have not upheld their end of the maintenance is a huge understatement. Our neighborhood has not been snow plowed once this winter as promised. So many people cannot safely walk outside or drive because the HOA refuses to plow the streets, even though we pay FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS every 3 months to the HOA. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

We purchased our home in November 2022. Upon final walk through we made a list of things that needed to be completed. Painting, toilet repair. Cabinet repair. Ect. They repaired the toilet. Sent painters that made a big mess, paint did not match. They refused to come and repair. Solution, we hired professionals that could understand and speak English.
