steve is on hell of a guy wish we could find him again
BEWARE! If you want to be hot all summer long, and if you want to literally throw away thousands, then this is the company for you. Steve was hired to fix the Air conditioning system in my commercial building. He did ZERO Load calculations and ended up installing a new unit that was 6 TONS short of what the building needed. (He installed less than HALF of what it would take to cool the facility). Very friendly and made visit same day after being booked all day. Great customer service.
Unacceptable customer service and craftsmanship. Do yourself a favor, save yourself A LOT of grief, and look elsewhere.
