Had our split unit installed today in our den. The guys that did it were very nice and professional. It works great and I'm very happy with the service!
I have a preventative maintenace contract with Estes Heating and Air Conditioning. When my unit quit blowing cold last week, Carl came out the next morning and fixed it. He didn't even charge us because he said the problem should have been caught during our last maintenance--which was actually our initial one. I was extremely impressed with his honesty and integrity. In addition, I was very, very, grateful. I am so glad I had the preventative maintenace contract! Thanks again!
Had recent installation of new system (compressor and air handler) at my residence. Installer was courteous and got right to work. He even cleaned out the air handler closet before installing the new one, which makes a lot of sense now but something I hadn't thought of before. System was installed quickly and neatly. I can safely recommend them for a professional job.
