8/8/25 -- This is an update on my previous review and based on my semi-annual HVAC maintenance of our system done on 8/7/25. I was again very impressed with Estes HVAC. Cody Reynolds was the service technician who did the service call. Cody was on-time, personable, and very professional. He had reviewed the previous February 2025 service call and was "up-to-speed" on our system. I can’t say enough good things about ESTES Heating and Air in Greenville! I called them out of the blue, and to my surprise, they already had all my information from when my house was built. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy—they sent a confirmation text and even followed up with a reminder. What really impressed me was the communication. It was a Sunday when our AC stopped working. The answering service was courteous and created a ticket for the technician to call. Within minutes Cody returned my call and was out to my house within the hour. He was knowledgeable respectful and explained the problem thoroughly. I was lucky it was quick fix. Would highly recommend Estes. Thank you Cody for a job well done!
