Thank you so much to Estes Heating and Air for coming out and servicing my unit. I am so grateful for the quick response time, and for Cole completely resolving my issues on the first visit and for a fraction of what I was quoted from another local company. I will absolutely be calling them first every time. 10/10!
Cole came and fixed my central heat and air unit. Very nice young man. He would not give up until he found the problem. I have found my central heat and cooling company for life. When time comes I will get my new unit from these folks! Very very honest!!!
Cole is professional and honest, and will do what is most economical for the customer. Cole is as experienced as they come, and genuinely wants to make the customer happy. He came out when the bearing were going out on the fan, and instead of just replacing it, he tried to oil it up, to make it last until I could replace the entire unit. Most companies would have just told you to replace the fan motor, but he did what was right, and I cannot thank this company enough.
The technician was fast, super friendly, & checked back the next day to make sure it was working well. Highly recommend these folks! Thanks Estes Heating & Air
Estes Heat and Air is AMAZING! They respond to your call asap and take care of everything! There technicians are friendly and geniunly want whats best for the customer, not their pocket! They have great rates, and "A Plus" quality service. I will use them over and over again!!!!
