Just horrible horrible horrible. The most horrible experience that I have had for delivery. Target is using this company for delivery and they delivered my table damaged and then they never showed up for pick up for exchange after so many arrangements. We are living without table such a long time with little kids but of course EFW and Target customer service people are absolutely useless. Nightmare. The worst experience ever.
Ordered a playset from Sam’s Club for my kids on May 17th. Delivery date from EFW said June 11th between 8am and 6pm. Never showed up. Called Sam’s and they gave us a number to EFW. Called EFW June 12th and was told our order was in Texas but it would be here in Michigan by Tuesday. No biggie. Got a phone call today and was told EFW lost the shipment…. I asked what they were going to do about it and they said nothing and that I had to call Sam’s to tell them they lost the shipment. The person who called and told me was rude ... read more
Delivery truck crashed into my parked vehicle on my driveway . Irresponsible and unprofessional. It’s taking forever for them to get back.
