Beware invoice open 52 days open. We cannot get a hold of anyone; they will not answer phone calls or respond to E-Mail. I would not recommend doing any business with them.
I ordered a kayak through Sam's club on 4/16 and EFW was supposed to deliver it. On 4/19 the company scheduled delivery for 4/21. 4/21 came, No delivery and no update on location. Next day, same thing. I understand things happen especially with larger packages and delays are possible. However, when I called today 4/23 to inquire about where my delivery is, I was told the company could not give me an update of where my order was or an exact date of delivery and I will have to wait for a call back within the next 48 hrs. They were fantastic in delivering my treadmill! The delivery was prompt, and they ensured that the box was undamaged. They took great care of my property and the treadmill.
