Absolutely horrendous customer service. Ordered skylights that were supposed to be delivered in the beginning of August. WEEKS went by and they kept giving our company the run around. So many excuses. They had NO IDEA where the skylights were. I had to finally call and escalate the situation to upper management. At first we were told the sky lights were delivered to a Home Depot but that turned out to not be true.
