Unorganized, rude, unhelpful. If I could give a negative star, they earned it. I hope Walmart fires them for the blatant lie they were caught in. Some companies deserve to go out of business and out of my 200+ reviews, I've never reviewed a company thus poorly. Bad, is an understatement. While EFW was fine to work with directly, they handed off our shipment to a third-party delivery company. That third-party delivery company had our package for a week before they made any contact with us, which is unacceptable. What is also unacceptable is that EFW would not give us the contact information for that company nor would they step in on our behalf and find out what the holdup was. Just received my order from Walmart. A refrigerator was dropped off in front of my garage!! Yep. $50 delivery to place it in front of my garage when I explicitly said to deliver to my front door. NOPE!! I’m done with Walmart delivery services.

Shipping company kept me informed every step in the process. Delivery staff was polite, prompt and careful with my 1,000 pound purchase.
