I took off work today for my scheduled 1-5pm delivery. The "Track Your Driver!" link didn't work. 5pm came and went without delivery, a call, or any update. I called at 5:30 to try to speak with someone, but got disconnected after ~15mins on hold.
Would give a -10 stars if possible. Run, don't walk if you have delivery from this company. My sofa's were never delivered, the only contact I received from Estes Forwarding Worldwide was to tell me the item was delayed. I'm literally looking at small claims just to get my delivery fees refunded. Terrible service. Horrible people. If you own a business, do NOT use this company for fulfillment - I beg of you on behalf of your future customers.
