Absolutely horrible. Unorganized, customer service representatives have an extremely low level of knowledge of whats actually going on with your package. I've been told for three days now my package will be delivered before 5pm the following day. Thats after my package came a week later than it was supposed to. They marked the package as delivered in their system and said it was delivered to Walmart so when I try to talk to Walmart they are thinking the package has already been delivered when it has not been. Ordered from Bowflex. Item arrived in Coppell on 12/17/25. Cannot get my delivery, schedule the delivery or communicate with any human. Turning them over to BBB, Texas attorney general if I do not get it scheduled by tomorrow. Do not recommend using this company at all!!!

Dont use to ship anything!!!! Couldn't get our package to us it sat in warehouse in OKC for 3 weeks before we had to go pick it up ourselves. And to do that it is another story!!!!

Scheduled a pickup for a Walmart return. Confirmed pickup. No one showed up… so I called and they said “oh we see your pickup was scheduled and confirmed, they just didn’t assign anyone to pick it up. We will call you back tomorrow when the office opens and figure out a new pickup time.” Next day comes and it’s 1pm, no call, no arrangement to pick up. Called back and they just confirmed that yes I did schedule… and no they still have no plans to pick up. I don’t even know what to do at this point…
