I must say - Estes has the best customer service in LTL/Freight. In the day and age where companies outsource customer service and marginalize the individual customer, Estes does not. I had an issue that had nothing to do with Estes and simply bad timing on my end. All of their staff from their receptionists, dispatch and all the way up to the GM, Jason - were so willingly helpful. I am extremely grateful and wish more freighters were like Estes. Thank you all!
