Absolutely awful. Terrible service. Terrible Customer service. Terrible automated system - their system notifies a customer that their package is delivered if their driver 'times out' too. Completely incompetent logistics company Update: So... got it rescheduled... here I am the day of the reschedule; halfway through the day - ZERO update on when or if they're going to deliver it. Ordered a very expensive RV refrigerator from etrailer.com and they decided to use ESTES to ship it. Email from e-tailer stated ESTES should contact me once the item arrives to arrange curbside delivery. Well, ESTES in Fort Worth did not call at all and showed up unannounced on a rainy morning and left the expensive fridge in front of our house (in the elements) without even attempting to call MY NUMBER which was listed on the paperwork. Lowe’s used this company to deliver my new griddle…not only did they take forever to deliver but they left it at almost at the end of my driveway. I also got pictures showing the damage to the box, hopefully my product is ok. Update: my product was damaged and now I’m needing to coordinate with Lowe’s when this is all your company’s fault!
