Walter made my day by showing up early today and took the time to help me load an entire pallet of flooring into the house which saved me a lot of time and energy. I know that he wasn't required to do that. I am a small buisness owner and my time is very limited, so it really meant a lot. He was very friendly and very helpful overall!! He even offered to take the trash off site for me. If I had some cash on me I would have given him a good tip! Hopefully your buisness values quality people. Walter is DEFINITELY one!
I would give them a zero if I could these are the worst individuals for shipping I’ve ever experienced four times in a row. They have messed up orders delayed deliveries miscalculated size of trucks needed to deliver things. They are nothing but a cluster I would never use them in Home Depot blames them if they blame Home Depot it’s an absolute mess. Worst delivery company ever.
Uline messed up a scheduled delivery and ended up shipping to us on a closed business day with no one at our store. Our Estes driver called me, and worked with me on getting someone over to open the store for our delivery to get inside. He even helped. What a nice man, he really went out of his way to help me today. 😀 Thank you!
Ordered from Lowe’s online and they used this company to deliver half of our order to our home and half to the store. Weird, but whatever. Our pickup order from the store was ready 9/25, we picked up from the store on 9/26. A delivery date for the rest of our order was 9/24, after a no call/no show that day, we then received an email stating delivery would be 9/29.
