Uline messed up a scheduled delivery and ended up shipping to us on a closed business day with no one at our store. Our Estes driver called me, and worked with me on getting someone over to open the store for our delivery to get inside. He even helped. What a nice man, he really went out of his way to help me today. 😀 Thank you!
Ordered from Lowe’s online and they used this company to deliver half of our order to our home and half to the store. Weird, but whatever. Our pickup order from the store was ready 9/25, we picked up from the store on 9/26. A delivery date for the rest of our order was 9/24, after a no call/no show that day, we then received an email stating delivery would be 9/29. horrible - steer clear
Estes called me the day before to schedule a delivery. I explained that the house was under construction (they were delivering doors) and that no one lived there so I asked for phone call from the driver when he was on the way since it required a signature. The driver never called until he was on site wanting to know where someone was. He asked where it needed to go and I told him inside. His rudely replied, "I'm only one person, it's curbside only" and left my package in the front yard with a neon yellow sticker on it that ... read more
Horrible experience(s)!!!!! They lost my first package and was unable to find it after a month. Company I purchased it from sent a second package and guess what???? THEY LOST IT TOO!!! I was to get a call from them before they delivered it both times and NO calls either. What kind of operation do you guys think you are running?? Never use Estes as your means of delivering larger packages. If at all possible deliver it yourself and save the headache. 😡
