AWFUL. 2 days in a row I had a delivery appointment from 10a-2p. The first day at nearly 5pm I cancelled delivery because the location accepting delivery closes at 5p and the items being delivered require much assembly before they can be brought inside. I explained this. You'd think that, Estes, after missing the first delivery window by hours would have me first up the next day. WRONG!
