Said they were on their way to deliver between 4-5pm. Asked at 3:02pm to have driver call just prior to arrival. Customer service guy said, they don't offer that, its a extra fee. I said that was bs, and ended the call. He then cancelled my delivery at 3:17 said they tried to deliver it at 3:16pm. After he told me 4-5pm.... STRAIGHT OUT LIE! Security camera footage shows No Truck Arriving At All. Tried to call back, They are closed for the weekend.

Good team in there! All were happy and helpful.
Worst delivery service I have experienced in my life. After 3 times scheduling a timeframe we still don’t have our package. Keep in mind these are 5 hour slots. So after waiting now a total of 15 hours and missing appointments, I’m forced to leave this review. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible.
