Worst delivery service I have experienced in my life. After 3 times scheduling a timeframe we still don’t have our package. Keep in mind these are 5 hour slots. So after waiting now a total of 15 hours and missing appointments, I’m forced to leave this review. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible.
Rude employees who hang up on you when you call to inquire where a shipment is, lack of service in a timely manner, and refuse to deliver on agreed upon days--even when you pay hundreds of dollars extra for guaranteed service. One of the worst trucking companies in existence. If I could, I'd rate these guys as -73 stars. Seriously, you don't need the headache. Use a different freight carrier, there ARE good carriers out there.
Oof! These guys are nfg. Ordered a trailer, took it 6 days to go from Toledo OH to Eugene. Got there on the 20th of August. A week later, after not hearing from them, I called Estes. "Oh, we handed your freight off to Dash for delivery. It's loaded up and they should have it by 9 AM tomorrow". I called Dash. They didn't have it. I called Estes back. "Oh, we changed that. This place is a nightmare to deal with.
Imagine my surprise to receive a call from Dash Delivery at 4 pm that they wanted to schedule a delivery for the very item I was waiting for from ESTES. We had scheduled the delivery a week ago for May 7, 2024 between 1 pm and 5 pm. At no time during the scheduling was it mentioned that a secondary delivery company would take over.
