I have had the most positive experience with the Scranton terminal. From the drivers to terminal manger and most of all Amy Cusick (terminal clerk III) The drivers are so helpful and kind. Amy has helped me on so many different levels. When I had to learn about shipping hazmat, Amy was right there guiding me. It is because of this that we use Estes more than any other carrier. I can not express how amazing she is. An easy 5 stars for Estes Scranton terminal.
Hello this shipping was a disaster from day one. I was called and told to secluded delivery which it did for Nov. 24. I was told the delivery would be between 8AM and 5PM this is a small business so I had to pay a guy to stay at the shop all day and wait on the package. I was never contacted about any issues. 4PM came and I called to find out where the package was. They said should be there by 5pm I called little after 5 and was told.
