Very disappointed with the service. I was called and a delivery time was set up 8 am to 12 pm. at 1 pm when i reached out to the office they informed me that the new time will be at 3 PM. They also informed me that they cant get a hold of the driver. The customer services is ridiculous.
Estes was hired to transport an item which was palletized strapped and wrapped. While our property was in there possession, the item was badly damaged to the point that it is now unusable. We made a claim but they denied the claim, stating that our item was not properly packaged. Now we have lost over $2000 plus shipping an item that is no longer useful.
