Absolutely terrible company. We have been waiting for an appliance delivery for over a month. They delivered part of the order, (after sitting in the warehouse and marked as delayed for a couple weeks) but we were still waiting on two commercial refrigerators. When you need to ship they are there
Expect your order to be delayed several days to a week. Not responsive, very unprofessional. They "lost" a whole pallet on my first order and after over a week they never found it causing a long job delay. This current order has been in Spokane for 3 days, and they cant seem to actually get it delivered. If you have a schedule to keep, use another carrier.
This place is useless as a shipping company. My order had 3 boxes and they only delivered one. I asked someone about it through their website chat and they said sorry and that I would get the other two the next day. Next day rolls around and now they are saying it won’t happen till next week. Totally useless.
