Waited all day on a delivery for them to tell me they called their driver back to load for Monday. They told me it's hard to get to richlands,nc Like we don't have roads.what a sorry excuse and don't care about their delivery appt. I've been a truck driver for 11yrs and have never missed a delivery.
I have called Estes in wilmington, NC at minimum 3 different times for quotes for my small business. Each time I call I get a lady named Debbie with a nasty attitude telling me she doesn't have time. When I asked to speak to the manager she always tells me he's not there. Won't call me back after leaving a msg with her. Guess you all don't need my business!
