Paul was amazing! He went above and beyond to help with my deliveries at the storage unit. When a big pallet couldn’t fit through the hallway, Paul took the time to unload everything and bring the packages into my unit. His customer service was fantastic. Thank you, Paul!

Waited all day on a delivery for them to tell me they called their driver back to load for Monday. They told me it's hard to get to richlands,nc Like we don't have roads.what a sorry excuse and don't care about their delivery appt. I've been a truck driver for 11yrs and have never missed a delivery.
