Finding the building, YOU have to look out for a Sign with 255 on it, there was NO Estes Express tarp or sign to help you know you are there. The office was bit confusing to figure out, a Big Sign on the inside would be helpful for others on the wall or door. The staff was friendly and courteous with professionalism. The docks wasn't to difficult to figure out in just climbing up in there, used to that atmosphere. The terminal is very small not enough room coming over in there with a set of doubles and a tandem terminal needs to be bigger more room for trucks to hook
Estes in Corpus Christi has done a great job on my deliveries. They have been able to reschedule a deliveries to help sync them up with other deliveries. And, on my most recent delivery, the driver called ahead as requested. I appreciate their higher level of customer service.
