Ill avoid them from now on and deny them as my shipper. I committed to a signed delivery. I Didn't schedule any customers. 2 hours into the time window I get a call it being pushed out 3-4 days becuase they pushed it through the system for corporates happiness. Now i have to go retrieve my order so I dont have to cancel on my customers for next week. Loose the covid laziness and the new age corporate mindset. If you committed to something, stay committed. Someone needs reprimanded. Not honest buisness
Everything about my delivery experience was great. They were very responsive to some questions that I had. The actual delivery was on time and smooth. Everyone I talked with was extremely courteous and helpful. 👍
