Got a shipment scheduled with them, transit time was supposed to be 4 days. Took 7 business days (picked up 7/27/26 and delivered 8/7/26) to get this shipment out to my customer. They were transparent when I called to see what was holding it up, and I appreciated the Farmington depot for clarifying what day to expect shipment

Why do your day cab drivers always think they’re top priority at shippers and receivers that only have 1 dock always cutting people off that have been waiting a lot longer than them so they can get backed in first.
