Incredibly rude office staff. I walked into their office to try to do some business with them and they never inquired why I was there, they told me I had to make an appointment which is fine, so I asked if I could make an appointment and they said no I have to call… I’m literally standing there in the office talking to them but they are going to make me call the same person I’m talking to face-to-face? Once my items arrived in Tucson, it took 3 days to get it delivered which caused me to have to reschedule the installers. I can't get the installers back for over 3 weeks. Rey the delivery driver was kind and efficient.

Estes has failed to deliver my mattress to Tucson, AZ, in the most confounding ways. First, they sent it to Trampas, NM, for some reason. They said they’d have to charge more to deliver to its final destination, which they said would be four days later than the original date. On that second delivery we were notified that the mattress was in El Paso, TX, and they still want more money and said it would be five days later. Do they hire drunkards? Each time they brought the mattress to the wrong location, they blamed us.
The communication to set up my delivery was clear and fast. I asked for a call ahead of time so that I could show up to help place where the shipment would be delivered. The person doing the delivery was very accommodating and friendly.
