We’re on our third expected delivery date after being pushed back repeatedly, despite tracking saying the product is in the town where we live for the last 3 days. Not to mention this is the second piece we’ve had to order because the first one was delivered damaged beyond repair or use. Incredibly rude office staff. I walked into their office to try to do some business with them and they never inquired why I was there, they told me I had to make an appointment which is fine, so I asked if I could make an appointment and they said no I have to call… I’m literally standing there in the office talking to them but they are going to make me call the same person I’m talking to face-to-face? Once my items arrived in Tucson, it took 3 days to get it delivered which caused me to have to reschedule the installers. I can't get the installers back for over 3 weeks. Rey the delivery driver was kind and efficient.
Good communication and the delivery was great no damage or delays thanks a ton
