The communication to set up my delivery was clear and fast. I asked for a call ahead of time so that I could show up to help place where the shipment would be delivered. The person doing the delivery was very accommodating and friendly.
Delivered to wrong address. Multiple delivery windows missed on multiple days. Absolutely crazy how these people are still in business.

This is downright the single worst excuse for a shipping company that has ever existed! I ordered a rear axle for my truck on January 16, through my local auto parts supplier, so I could get it back on the road again as my wife and I are preparing to move out of state. They got the order placed through their supplier, and the supplier uses Estes Express for shipping. The original delivery date was set for January 27th.
