This is downright the single worst excuse for a shipping company that has ever existed! I ordered a rear axle for my truck on January 16, through my local auto parts supplier, so I could get it back on the road again as my wife and I are preparing to move out of state. They got the order placed through their supplier, and the supplier uses Estes Express for shipping. The original delivery date was set for January 27th. Rude and aggressive delivery person named Luis. Arguing with my husband who was upset when he told me that he was leaving appliance in the street (curbside)...where anyone could steal. I convinced him to use his forklift and bring into gate, which he did and then took off. We were left with an extremely damaged appliance, cardboard and pallet. We ordered online from Home Depot.
