The delivery was late and during a timeframe where I was out of town. I notified estes 3 different times that I would be out of town and my gate would be locked. The driver left my package on the side of the road anyway

Their own driver admitted fault in writing and informed his supervisor, yet months later Estes has done nothing to fix the damage.
