These people are completely incompetent (Rochester, NY). First delivery, driver was surly and said "I'm not spending all afternoon here" because his forklift with tiny one inch wheels was unable to navigate my pallet over the garage door lip. He started bouncing the pallet up and down to get it to go in, even though it was clearly marked "FRAGILE". Second delivery. They claim to have sent me a text about when they were delivering a pallet to my storage unit. I never got it. They just show up unannounced and call me up to go ... read more

The driver who delivered my order was amazing! He brought in my order to the front porch and helped me carry it. Very funny and charismatic fella. Package was a day late and had some damage to the box, but not the items inside.
