delivery came a day before the actually original delivery window, I spoke to an agent without a long wait time & he was great. Then driver was very nice & respectful
They delivered a Murphy Bed on a pallet for me. The website offered great information on when the delivery date would be and then day of delivery a timeline for delivery. The driver was a very nice man, professional and courteous. I appreciate him getting my item to me before the heavy rain started.
