Great place to delivery load happy and helpful ladys at checking office I arrived 2 hours early my appointment time they unloaded me right away thank you guys!
Refused to deliver because their lift gate was ‘too small’, according to the delivery man. Luckily I was given a photo pre-shipment. There was a garage and a gate which they could have delivered through. After looking at the photo, they clearly simply didn’t prepare with appropriate staff to deliver with (2 people). Second time using this company (not my choice, the shippers) and second time having an issue. You clearly have an issue with the agent you use for residential deliveries. They delivered the wrong item that’s clearly not addressed to me. Plus it says pallet 3 of 4 and they only delivered 1 pallet. Wouldn’t be right even it was mine. Now I have to track my item down and hopefully get it in time before the job I need the item for. Your company and staff is a joke.
Called to get tracking info. The customer service rep told me it was transferred to an agent for home delivery. But couldn’t tell me who the agent was, give me a phone number or any other information. No one is that dumb to believe that. If you really don’t know who the agent is that you transferred it to you shouldn’t be in business.
