Man, if I could give negative stars, I totally would. This was, hands down, the worst shipping experience I've ever had. I had this big return, and the company I bought it from uses Estes. Estes sent me a link to schedule, and then they just never showed up at the scheduled time. So I called, and they told me the online scheduler doesn't even work! So, we rescheduled the pickup for 3 days later. And guess what? They never showed up again! I called at the end of the 12-4 pickup window, and they told me they'd be there by 6. A... read more
