Great place to delivery load happy and helpful ladys at checking office I arrived 2 hours early my appointment time they unloaded me right away thank you guys!
Refused to deliver because their lift gate was ‘too small’, according to the delivery man. Luckily I was given a photo pre-shipment. There was a garage and a gate which they could have delivered through. After looking at the photo, they clearly simply didn’t prepare with appropriate staff to deliver with (2 people). That way they can stand the unit upright. Additionally, they stated the shipment was 2500lbs. Which is false, I’ve attached the details of the dimensions and thickness. These are custom lockers.
