Estes has the worst residential delivery service I've ever experienced. I ordered an $2500 18'x10' canopy from Home Depot in early October. It was delivered with forklift tine damage to three of the polycarbonate roof panels. I was not home at the time the box was thrown in my yard. If I had been I would have refused shipment. The shipping box appeared to be dropped from the forklift. The box had boot prints and a rip in the bottom. I contacted the manufacturer and replacement roof panels were sent.
