Refused to deliver our flooring that home depot outsourced them for.. Claiming our zip code was WRONG when in fact it was not.. After they called the day prior to confirm they would be delivering tomorrow.. Then I heard nothing from them until I called when they never showed... Other packages from the SAME order were delivered via FEDEX just fine + ON TIME! Still haven't received a solution or our package.. It has been sitting at their facility for OVER a week. Super frustrating!
Extremely upset! We had a delivery scheduled today and although Lisa told us 2-5pm the confirmation said 9am-4pm so just in case we took the entire day off because this delivery was important for us. At 4:15pm I called to make sure everything was still on schedule to be delivered and I was told yes before 5pm. At 5:15pm I called again and was told there were 5 deliveries ahead of ours and they were delayed to 7pm. At 6:30pm it still said out for delivery, and by 7:15pm I called but they were now closed so I checked the track... read more
Horrible! Waited all day at home for our delivery, driver never showed. They just marked it “attempted, no one home” Tracked it all day, no call advising that they were running late, phone at their office just rings. Now we have to wait until Monday to hear from anyone. Horrible way to do business.
