This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. The driver left my furniture at the end of my driveway, almost in the street. Blocking access and making it impossible for me to even get in properly. When I asked for it to be brought to the door, the driver argued instead of helping. We have a clear asphalt driveway with no obstacles. I contacted customer support, and they simply said delivery placement is “at the driver’s discretion,” which is unacceptable given the situation.
