This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. The driver left my furniture at the end of my driveway, almost in the street. Blocking access and making it impossible for me to even get in properly. When I asked for it to be brought to the door, the driver argued instead of helping. We have a clear asphalt driveway with no obstacles. I contacted customer support, and they simply said delivery placement is “at the driver’s discretion,” which is unacceptable given the situation. Everyone is incredibly nice and really care about the job they do. Super nice office staff, dispatcher’s are not too grumpy and the drivers are great. My favorite LTL carrier in NEO
Delivery was before the first half of the delivery window even passed. They were able to put delivery in my garage, and it was a quick process! No complaints here.
