Good Job
This shipping company was the absolute best!! They delivered my couch and it came perfect! The driver was even nice enough to help us load it up and carry it inside. I would absolutely use this company again!
The Effingham Estes terminal was supposed to deliver 3 pallets of flooring, they arrived with only 1 of the 3 pallets, but their system was showing that they were delivering 3 so I refused the order with the understanding from the driver and his supervisor that they would hold the one pallet while awaiting for the missing 2 to arrive and was given an exception number because of this.
