I first want to start off by saying i always use this company for shipping big parts, I did run into a few problems with shipping but the team stayed on top of things and was able to locate my $700 car part. They even went as far out as sending a rep out to me Mr. Robert apologizing for the delay. which i understand things happen and every company is not perfect but i highly recommend this company . They are very loyal to their customers, and very respectful. 10*** all day...
Ordered a large grapple for a front end loader from manufacturer in North Carolina. Of course Mother Nature sent in snow and ice the entire route between there and Texas for the week of delivery. Estes still got it to me within a couple days of original shipping date. Robbin Larkin answered all my phone calls and kept me up to date with everything I needed to know. Great job!
After having my shipment for over 3 weeks in their warehouse, they made delivery promises 3 different days, never showing with no communication. They refused to abide by the "inside the door" delivery I paid for and refused to even drive on the property. The owner/manager told me my gate wasn't big enough, while using Google maps to say my 18 foot gate was less than the 14 feet the truck needed, "he could tell from the pictures." They apparently didn't want to deliver the heavy item. Use anyone to ship your things but them.
