5 stars due to the fact everytime I call, The operator who answers is real nice friendly and not mean rude etc and dispatch transportation team is also nice friendly and can help schedule early pickups for my companys freight Most other carriers customer service terminals are always mean ugly and yell at me but estes temple does not.
I first want to start off by saying i always use this company for shipping big parts, I did run into a few problems with shipping but the team stayed on top of things and was able to locate my $700 car part. They even went as far out as sending a rep out to me Mr. Robert apologizing for the delay. which i understand things happen and every company is not perfect but i highly recommend this company . They are very loyal to their customers, and very respectful. 10*** all day...
Ordered a large grapple for a front end loader from manufacturer in North Carolina. Of course Mother Nature sent in snow and ice the entire route between there and Texas for the week of delivery. Estes still got it to me within a couple days of original shipping date. Robbin Larkin answered all my phone calls and kept me up to date with everything I needed to know. Great job!
