I ordered a pallet of pavers from Home Depot and the delivery was contracted out to Estes. During my delivery, the forklift they used leaked some sort of oil on my driveway. I immediately reached out to Home Depot to file a claim, which was quickly processed and submitted to Estes. All I want is someone to come out and power wash the stain off my driveway, so Estes requested that I submit 3 bids from local power washing companies. Home Depot's "special" delivery team is contracted out to Estes. They parked their full size semi fully in the road with no flashers, their forklift overheated after ten minutes of use, and they are not supposed to "drive further than visual from their truck." When they originally delivered the material the driver did not call, only dropped the material in front of a disabled man's driveway, signed it himself and drove away.
