Expensive, always delayed, their trucks keep breaking down, their deliveries are extremely rude, so is their customer service center. Definitely do not recommend them even if they start shipping for free still won’t ship anything with them.
My husband and I had the worst experience using this company this month. First and last time users of their services for sure! Every article we spent our hard earned money on from an out of state business arrived to him damaged by the time it did reach my husband and he had to sign for and still pay the entire freight bill. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been trying to order a door through Home Depot (delivered by Estes) since April 2025. The frame was fine, but the door is dented and comprises the integrity of the door. A second one was ordered to be delivered to my home address, and the delivery guy from Estes quite literally threw the door at the end of my driveway in shambles and took off, even leaving the pallet behind. 1, because there is not a zero. Be it known that any delivery that shows up on the property of Home Outlet in Mobile will be rejected, and the police called for trespassing and business disturbance. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a truck driver ever. I am calling all my vendors tomorrow, and telling them thar Estes is a no go. Stacy Collins, Manager of Home Outlet
