My oaint has been sitting there at Estes in Greeneville for 3 days. Got to ho to Lowes in Kinhsport. Should have been thete 2 days ago but no, now it's knocked me out of 3 dats I'd wirk cause they can't get their freight delivered on time. Not saying it's ALL Estes but the one in Greeneville Tennessee, their whistlin Dixie and slower than molasses.
They lost 60 boxes of my flooring and 42 boxes the dumped off the edge of the truck and busted all of it and now I have to battle to find out where my flooring is and when I'm going to get this replaced... absolutely garbage company

Had two large outdoor furniture deliveries from Sam’s Club through Estes. At home during both deliveries. First was dropped halfway down driveway with no knock on door letting me know they were here. Pallets were left even though delivery ticket stated pallets were for transfer only and pieces were to be delivered individually. Second delivery was also no knock. Pallet was left next to garage door this time. Bar top was damaged on corner when they placed it on its side leaning against garage door.
