Jim the dispatcher is rude. The company I work for shipped a pallet of product going to Amazon, using Estes. This ESTES hub in Scranton got it March 4. I called to see what was happening. They said they delivered it March 11. I asked what took so long. They said March 11 was the appointment they were given. I said Amazon portal says they were told March 5. Ordered a snow blower recently and was a little baffled to see the box on a pallet literally in the middle of my driveway, closer to the road than my house. I’ve never in my life received anything delivered that way, and I’m lucky nobody decided to take it while it sat there for 6 hours while I was at work.
