There's a lot of room for improvement. This company comes unannounced every time, with pallets of items I didn't know where coming, so I am scrambling to get someone to my adress to receive item, they leave items on the street, side walk and wherever they deem necessary. I had a recent incident with them where, through no fault of their own, delivered to the wrong street number (intermediary shipping company changed my number from a 76 to a 79.
