Does not pick up when they promise they will. super dissapointing!
I had an Aoudad sheep head delivered from my taxidermist. It was worth over $10,000. I had to leave my home due to a health issue with my mom. Michael was the delivery man & he went as far as to unlock my garage & put the mount in my garage out of the rain.
This company shouldn’t be transporting bigger weighted loads then it can handle, as a trucking company. It was a stressful experience for sure, trying get it from this trucking company. A pallet of dog food. It was to arrive April 4th and finally arrived on April 10th because the weight of the pallet was too heavy for their trucks. A lift gate apparently isn’t on every truck and so it was a waiting game to get a truck that could carry the load. Their lift gates need to be stronger!
