Very bad delivery company they close but have there driver drop deliverys off and there closed, not a good place to get your stuff delivered i would use anything else besides this place dont waste your money.
While the pay and some colleagues are positive aspects of this workplace, I cannot recommend it. The terminal manager, Chris, is supportive. However, supervisors Jesse and Hann create a hostile work environment. They frequently use profanity and ridicule employees, both directly and over the radio. My attempts to address this with my manager and terminal manager were unsuccessful. When it comes to our LTL Estes has provided the best service. Sure there are hiccups at times, but I can say our Sales Rep Aaron it there every step of the way. Any issues I present to him are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have used multiple carriers and Estes has provided the best service and price. Also a special shout out to our regular driver Brandon in Grand Forks! If only all drivers were as happy and professional as him.
