Assuming that my order came from this location, these folk here are the greatest of all time. Mike Tyson don’t have jack on these people. I only spoke to Susan but her, the dispatchers and the drivers there did me a solid today 12/23/2024 and truly went above and beyond. They played the roll of Santa and really they did not have to at all but they helped me in a bind and I love these people without knowing them. Outstanding Custer Service! 5 Start PLUS. We had an emergency Furnace replacement and the furnace was sitting at the B-More terminal - I needed it the next day for the installers. They assisted me and I was able to go there myself and pick it up the next morning so our customer could get the install completed and have heat! Destani Dancy was so helpful and patient with me! She is an asset to ESTES! Thanks ESTES and Thanks Destani for the help!
