Estes rocks my socks there super reliable and they always do a good job. If I shipments, we've been using them for many years and they never disappoint. What happened in my ice cream? I don't know.
The driver was excellent. He was on time, parked well, and unloaded very efficiently.
Highly dependable and very attentive to details, will work extremely hard to deliver shipments on time and damage free... would recommend anyone to use Estes as there go-to trucking company..

The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because we actually ended up receiving the delivery. Horrible customer service and probably the worst scheduling I have ever seen in 15 years of dealing with freight companies. And that says a lot. We gave them extra transit time to schedule within a certain date and timeframe. This was confirmed 2 times. Still couldn’t hold up their end.
