Waiting for refergerator that was to be delivered. Has been sitting in Normal illinois since the 22nd of May. I realize there was a holiday in the mix but this is ridiculous.
My shipment hadn’t arrived on time and i was rescheduled 3times before they finally delivered. However i’ll applaud this company for good communication. Esp for investing in call center type answering by humans and not switching AI chat bots or automated answering systems. I’ll still give 5 stars to support good businesses. I understand dealing with heavy shipments can be challenging and hopefully my next big shipment arrives on time. Estes is a great freight company. They deliver my LTL pallets on time and everyone they send is professional, friendly, and gets the job done
