I paid 250 dollars for shipping to have Estes deliver an expensive office chair that weighs 92 pounds. The delivery guy wouldn't help me transport it upstairs to my second floor apartment. Instead he dumped it outside barely 10 feet from the edge of the parking lot. For the money paid, I expect more than the bare minimum. I emailed Estes to complain.
