Absolutely the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with or should say unable to deal with because you can't ever get in contact with anybody. Ordered a very expensive item for a Christmas gift from a retail store that was shipped via Estes that was supposed to arrive in 3 days, according to tracking info the item arrived out our local shipping hub two days later so everything seemed like it was on track, it was held there for 2 days before being sent to another city 3 hours away and has been held there for weeks. I didn't chose this shipping company! I would not recommend either! I order a above pool from Walmart! They chose the shipping company. The box was so damaged that they wouldn't deliver. I'm missing pieces and now can't fill my pool. I called and was nice about the situation. They said they would call me back. They did not. Now I can't get the missing pieces. The pool is out of stock! These people only care about money. Do not go thru them.
Absolutely do not recommend as a shipping company to use. Ordered over $4000 of the same product on the 7th and it has been delayed 7 times! They dont update anything other then estimated day it will come which has changed 7 fricken times! I have checked all weather around where my shipment is and all the weather has been fine so I dont understand why there have been so many delays. Worthless company.
