My husband said our delivery man was the nicest person and he called us in advance to let us know when he would arrive.
I recently had a shipment delivered by Estes. They delivered ahead of schedule and were very quick to respond to my email with questions about my delivery.
We ship freight/LTL on a regular basis. We have called several times to arrange a pickup and the last 2 times, no one bothered to show up, or they are pulling in as we are leaving for the day (5pm), even when we tell them delivery and pickup window is between 10a-4p M-F. Gave them a 3rd chance, guess what, No call, no show up, nothing. Not sure how you all are still in business screwing over a national account? EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY's RESPONSE.
