Reliable, good pricing, and the people at the Roanoke terminal are great!
Extremely disappointed with Estes Roanoke. Their driver showed up with a 28-foot truck, yet claimed they couldn't make the delivery—despite the fact that we routinely receive freight deliveries in 48-foot trailers with no problem. Instead of using the roundabout just down the road like every other competent driver does, this one attempted a U-turn from the driveway right beside us on the same side of the road, which makes no sense and just added to the chaos.
