Great service. Super helpful delivering our product and someone has always been there to help when needed.
They have some serious issues with their obviously mental unstable employees. Horrible customer service. I’ve already reached out to them and they do not care at all. No point in explaining what happened, but unless you want somebody swearing through the door at your kids and walking up and down your driveway, talking to them self in some kind of manic insanity, and leaving your very expensive merchandise in the middle of the sidewalk And just taking off go with somebody else.

Dispatcher is trained to say "Oh it would have went out today but we didn't have a truck with a liftgate available"... I requested a call a day before item is to go out and they act like that is not possible at all. I am someone with a career, a life, and a mother with Alzheimers to care for and simply wish to plan ahead but this company can't figure out how to accommodate their customer?
